What we collect. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation, and message. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.

Why and how long. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you afterwards. Messages are delivered to us by email and handled by the infrastructure and email providers we use to run this site. We retain your details while we're working with you and delete them on request.

Your rights. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the contact form to make a request.

Complaints. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your personal information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
