Either the patient requests a review or assessment, or a member of practice staff identifies a review is due.

A customised link, either using the practice website domain, text message, a patient portal or a YIHA (Your Intelligent Health Assessment) address, is sent to the patient.

The patient completes the online assessment / review / admin form in their own time at their own pace.

The information is organised into a handy PDF file which is seamlessly transferred to the clinician via our MEDTECH integration and placed in the patient’s inbox. Additionally, YIHA adds a summary to the daily record while also updating the patient’s screening tab (with weight, height, blood pressure, etc.) and the classifications (with smoking, vaping and alcohol habit details).
